Ignite Elim Church is made up of lots of people from different backgrounds. Different people connect with Church and God for different reasons, and through different mediums. Here are some of the ways that you might want to connect with us. Please consider partnering with us by sponsoring our work.

MPOWER is our denomination’s network for men. We are really looking forward to joining with other men in our nation as we seek to go deeper with God is a culturally relevant way.
EGG HUNT
Every year we host a huge, and free, Easter Egg Hunt on Moorland and Birchwood. This is a stand out event in our city that so many people enjoy.

WELLBEING CAFE
We love to partner with local groups and organisations, and recently we’ve partnered with Lincolnshire NHS’s psychology department as they host a wellbeing cafe in our Birchwood Breakthrough Centre. This is on Thursdays 1pm – 3pm.

TOTS GROUP
We are currently offering free space for a local group to come and use our facilities to start a new mums and tots group. Rhyme Time was ran until recently in our Birchwood Centre, and we currently have a group called Mischief Monkeys in our Boultham Centre on Fridays.

ASPIRE
ASPIRE is the local, and national, women’s ministry at Ignite Lincoln and the wider Elim Movement. Through Aspire we seek to encourage, equip, and empower women to step into their God-given destinies
POLICE DROP-IN
Once a month Lincolnshire Police have a drop-in session at our Birchwood Breakthrough Centre. It’s usually the first Tuesday, but contact us to confirm as they sometimes get busy.

OPEN MIC NIGHTS
We regularly hold open mic nights and poetry events. There are some really creative people in Lincoln and we love to offer them space to practice in front of a crowd.

CRAFT GROUP
On Tuesdays a local craft group who have been meeting for over 20 years meet in our Birchwood Breakthrough Centre. They are really friendly and open to newcomers.

LIBRARIES
Ignite Church is right at the centre of our communities as we run the two libraries on Birchwood and Boultham Moor. Between them we store over 10,000 books and offer public-use computers and exceptional super fast wi-fi for free.

FOOD & CLOTHING HUBS
Ignite Church have been well known for giving away all sorts of goods, and between August and December last year we gave away over 8000 meals in the streets. We have a place where you can come and get free food and clothing whenever you’re in need.

COMMUNITY CAFE
We currently have a community cafe in our Birchwood Breakthrough Centre, and we’re working on opening one in our Boultham Moor Breakthrough Centre too. On Tuesdays we currently have a free speciality tea tasting session at lunchtime, which sometimes includes a bacon butty.
